Aranac was engaged to carryout major repairs to the structure of this 1920's building including cracking masonry, degraded lintels, rotting woodwork throughout, failing electricals, full restoration to the facade and to provide a new window wall in the west elevation on the first and second floors.

Simultaneously internal common areas were restored and restorative works were commissioned by 3 units.

This boutique art deco building (Circa 1920's) is positioned in a premium peninsula position and now exudes and old-world charm that has been gracefully blended with contemporary updates. The building offers a spacious sun-filled design with leafy treetop views.
