Our range of in-house experience allows us to tackle almost any type of construction project, however we have built a reputation for heritage restoration, renovations, remedial repairs and knock down rebuilds on both domestic and commercial properties including multi unit blocks and Government institutions.
Aranac is pre-qualified as a preferred tenderer for the NSW Public Works, being registered in 5 building categories up to $1 million. We are regularly invited to tender on and have completed many successful projects, on time and on budget for various government agencies including Education, Health & Department of Finance and Services.
Aranac have evolved with the industry, developing an integrated management system combining:
- Quality Management System to ISO 9001
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System to AS/NZS 4801
- Environmental Management System – Requirements with Guidance for Use AS/NZS ISO 14001
Aranac have strong commitment to the education and training of personnel. We have averaged a roster of 3 – 4 apprentices each year over delivering training to fruition for over 20 tradesman.
