As a pre qualified builder for the state governments on going infrastructure works, Aranac is regularly engaged to carry out renovation and new build works with the public school system. This such case was a complete renovation of 3 science laboratories at Model Farms high school in North west Sydney.

The dilapidated classrooms were stripped back to bare bones to allow new plumbing and electrical systems to be run throughout. Intricate emergency shutdown systems are now standard for all science labs, and when retro fitting into an existing building add an extra element of skill required to ensure all modern day school safety standards are met.

Works were carried out whilst the school was in full operation, Our site staff were responsible for managing not only the works within our given site, but also the safety of all patrons as materials and labour had to traverse the school without imposing on the timing of the students travelling between lessons.

The final product was delivered defect free and on time even within these tight constraints.
