Milsons Point Apartment

Aranac worked closely with the client and her consultants on this full makeover of a generous 3 bedroom apartment in Milsons Point.
The main bathroom, ensuite and powder room were all stripped and received new finishes, fittings & joinery as well as some minor set out changes to make each space more comfortable for the client.
Being on the top floor of a north Sydney apartment tower, meant that even the most minor procedures required careful planning and execution.
Fine custom made joinery replaced the kitchen, laundry and built-ins, further enhancing the character and usability of the spaces. It also provided a venue for upgraded appliances and fittings.
Flooring was restored and matched throughout the apartment and new lighting and painting were carefully orchestrated to achieve the client’s desired outcome of creating a warm homely feel whilst allowing herself and her guests to enjoy the amazing views in creature comfort.
