Bronte Units

Aranac was contracted through Michael Bell Architects to add 4 levels of balconies to the existing block of units in Bronte. The concrete, brick and detailed timber roof construction was added while all occupants remained in the building. Other items included the installation of a complete Fire Safety System and fire retardant ceilings, the upgrading and renewal of the electrical supply and metering as well as partial renovations of units.
